On every plan, an opportunity is verified before it can launch
- Margin floor. The price after the discount must stay above the margin and price floors you set.
- Demand evidence. Your own sales history has to support it. An idea with no evidence behind it does not pass.
- Expected return. What the campaign is expected to recover is weighed against the margin it gives away.
- Confidence. How much the numbers can be trusted is worked out and shown, so a thin estimate is not dressed up as a sure one.
- Your guardrails. Products you protect are left alone, and discounts stay inside the limits you choose.
Nothing launches without your approval. The AI proposes, the maths verifies, and you decide.
What counts as recovered revenue
Recovered revenue is a sale made through a recovery campaign you launched with InventoryIntel, attributed through that campaign's own discount. Your regular storefront sales are never included. A performance fee is charged on recovered revenue only, and only on a plan that says it takes one.
How billing works
- Every charge appears on your Shopify bill. You approve the plan in Shopify before anything is charged.
- On a plan with a performance fee, the current rate is shown in the app and on Shopify's approval screen. A rate you have approved is not changed without asking you to approve again.
- Fixed plans are sized by the number of products in your catalogue.
- You can move between plans, or cancel, from inside the app.

- How much does InventoryIntel cost?
- Starter is free to install, with a performance fee on recovered revenue only. Fixed plans start at $8.99 a month, by catalogue size. Every plan is billed through Shopify. On Starter, the rate is shown in the app and on Shopify's approval screen before you approve anything.
- Is there a discount for paying yearly?
- Yes. Annual billing saves 20% on Growth, Accelerate, Velocity and Scaling; 25% on Enterprise. You choose monthly or annual billing when you pick your plan.
- What counts as recovered revenue?
- A sale made through a recovery campaign you launched with InventoryIntel, attributed through that campaign's own discount. Your regular storefront sales are never counted. This is the only revenue a performance fee is charged on.
- Does anything launch without my approval?
- No. The AI proposes and the maths verifies, but a campaign only starts when you approve it. You can pause or cancel a running campaign at any time.
- What happens to my data if I uninstall?
- Shopify session data is removed and app access is revoked when you uninstall. When Shopify sends its shop data deletion request, the shop's app data is deleted unless the law requires us to keep it. If you reinstall within a billing period you have already paid for, you can restore your settings or start fresh.
