InventoryIntel features: three screens, one flow
AI finds the possibilities. Our maths verifies what is safe to launch. InventoryIntel is three screens: Dashboard, Opportunities and Campaigns. This page covers what each one does and the checks that sit between an idea and your store. Plans are on the pricing page.
Dashboard: see what is at risk
The Dashboard shows the cash tied up in stock that is slowing, ageing or dead, and the products behind that figure. It turns a vague sense of overstock into a number you can act on.
InventoryIntel builds it from your Shopify catalogue, stock levels, costs and recent orders, and refreshes it automatically every day, so it is never a spreadsheet someone has to rebuild.
Opportunities: what AI found for your store
AI searches your catalogue, stock levels and sales history for ways to recover cash from stock that is not selling. An opportunity might be a markdown on a slow product, a clearance sale for a seasonal line, a bundle that pairs a slow seller with a product that does sell, or a wholesale route for stock that will not clear at retail.
Each opportunity is explained in plain language: what it is, which products it touches, what it is expected to recover and why it was put forward.
Verified by maths before it can launch
Finding an idea and knowing it is safe are different jobs. Before an opportunity can be launched, InventoryIntel checks it with numbers from your own store: the price must stay above your margin floor, your sales history has to support it, what it is expected to recover is weighed against the margin it gives away, and the confidence in those numbers is worked out and shown.
An opportunity that fails a check is not offered for launch. One that passes still waits for you: nothing launches without your approval.
Campaigns: launch and track
An opportunity you approve becomes a campaign in your store, run as a Shopify discount. Optional storefront clearance badges, added through a Shopify theme app extension, show shoppers what is on offer without editing theme code.
The Campaigns screen lists what is running and the revenue each campaign has recovered, attributed through that campaign's own discount. You can pause or cancel a campaign at any time.
Guardrails you set
Products you protect are kept out of every opportunity, so new arrivals, best sellers or brand-sensitive lines are not discounted by mistake. Discount limits, margin floors and price floors are yours to set, and they are checked before anything can launch.
Runs inside Shopify
InventoryIntel opens inside your Shopify admin and signs people in through Shopify, so there is no separate account or password. Campaigns run in your Shopify store, and every charge appears on your Shopify bill.
