Getting started with InventoryIntel, and how to reach us.
Getting started
- Install InventoryIntel from the Shopify App Store and choose a plan.
- Wait for the first sync of your catalogue, stock and orders to finish. The app shows its progress.
- Open the Dashboard to see the cash tied up in slow, ageing and dead stock.
- Open Opportunities, read why each one was put forward and the checks it passed, and approve the ones you want.
- Follow what you launched on the Campaigns screen. You can pause or cancel a campaign at any time.
- Turn on the storefront clearance badges in your theme editor under App embeds, if you want shoppers to see them.
Opening the app
InventoryIntel opens inside your Shopify admin, under Apps. If you reached this site from a bookmark or a link, open it from Shopify Admin instead — Shopify verifies your store, so there is no separate password. The app also has its own help centre, with guides for each screen.
