What InventoryIntel is

InventoryIntel is an inventory recovery app for Shopify, made by Sparande. It is for merchants whose dead stock, overstock and slow-moving inventory is holding cash that the business needs elsewhere. It runs inside your Shopify admin and works from your own catalogue, stock levels, costs and orders.

The problem it solves is trapped working capital. Stock that stops selling keeps costing money in storage and takes up the budget for your next order, and the usual fix — a blanket sale — gives margin away on products that did not need it. InventoryIntel shows exactly which products are stuck, how much cash is held in them, and which recovery action suits each one.

How it works

Install and sync. InventoryIntel reads your products, stock levels, prices, costs and recent orders from Shopify, then refreshes them automatically every day.
See what is stuck. Each product shows how fast it sells, how many days of stock are left and the cash held in it, so slow-moving and dead stock stands out.
Review an explainable plan. Every proposed action says why it was chosen and what it is expected to recover, and is checked against your protected products, margin and price floors.
Approve and launch. Approved actions run in your store as Shopify discounts, bundles, product tags and storefront badges. You can pause or cancel a campaign at any time.
Track recovered revenue. Sales from each campaign are attributed to it, so you see what the plan brought back.
